Accomplishments: Silva has been very instrumental in Williamstown's surprising start in the Olympic Conference American Division. He has stepped up his game as the Braves won American Division matches over Cherry Hill East, Washington Township and Pennsauken. In those three matches Silva combined for 23 kills, 36 digs.
Comments: "He has become an excellent hitter and passer," coach Chris Sheppard said. "He isn't very tall but lately he has become a very dominating hitter for us." Silva: "We have been playing very well so far this season. I'm a little surprised by that, but the coach has a way to bring the best out of his players. So it seems everybody has been able to step up his game some. This team is just playing very well together."
