NASHUA, N.H.

Camden Riversharks manager Wayne Krenchicki will direct the South Division when the Atlantic League plays its all- star game Wednesday in Newark. His team will include five Riversharks.

Camden's Dan Held will start at designated hitter for the South. Krenchicki will be able to call on three of his Rivershark pitchers, Del Matthews, Jimmy Williams and Ryan Schurman. Outfielder Dwight Maness has been chosen as a South Division reserve.

The Riversharks will also be represented by public- address announcer Kevin Casey, who will act as host for Tuesday's pregame festivities.

•Pride 9, Riversharks 1: Nashua jumped on Camden starter Lincoln Mikkelsen for six runs in the first three innings Thursday night at Holman Stadium and took an insurmountable 6-0 lead. Mikkelsen pitched 5 2/3 innings and surrendered all nine Pride runs.

The Riversharks scored their lone run in the top of the fourth inning when Maness scored on catcher Guillermo Garcia's double. Garcia and John Dorman finished with two hits each for the Riversharks, who were held to six hits. Sam Horn clubbed a three-run homer for Nashua.
